I’ve spent much of my career working where people, change and complexity, across corporate, not-for-profit, higher education, community work, crisis support and coaching.
That experience has taught me that change rarely happens in isolation. What looks like a decision on the surface can be shaped by relationships, expectations, circumstances, systems and the way we see ourselves within them.
I don’t believe people need someone to tell them what to do. I listen, ask questions, challenge when it’s useful, and create a safe space to see what’s really happening — so you can work out what matters, what’s possible and what comes next.
My lived experiences has also shaped how I work. I know what it’s like when the way forward isn’t obvious, and how different things can feel when you have someone alongside you who can offer perspective, structure and compassionate support without taking away your agency.
My approach is person-centred, holistic and trauma-informed, grounded in professional coaching practice and shaped by lived experience. That means seeing the whole person, respecting their autonomy and circumstances, and creating a space built on safety, trust, choice and genuine collaboration.
What happens when we work together
There’s no formula for meaningful change. We start with where you are, what’s happening around you, and what matters to you.
I’ll help you slow down the noise, explore what’s really going on, challenge assumptions when it’s useful, and identify what’s within your influence. From there, we turn insight into practical, intentional action — at a pace that respects your circumstances and capacity.
And when the right support sits beyond coaching, I’ll help you identify appropriate services or support networks and, where needed, connect you with the right people.

Change doesn’t happen in a straight line.
You don’t have to navigate it alone. I’ll walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity and honesty — creating space to explore what matters to you, so that you can make informed choices and find your own way forward. Whatever change looks like for you, you remain in the driver’s seat. My role is to support you with respect for your autonomy, dignity and capacity to decide what’s right for you.
